It was a day just like any other day. The city was quiet, which was unusual for a city like that, though I suppose it had something to do with the rain. I suppose that's how I knew this day would be different. It was always a bad sign...when it poured.

I had just finished up a case and was dealing with the obscene amounts of paperwork leftover from it, when the door opened.
